Ever dreamed of roaming the globe just to experience the tastes and flavours of different countries? Food lovers, take note. With the Epicurean Journeys Pop-up Dining Series coming to Singapore, here’s your chance to uncover the tastes of 5 legendary cuisines from 5 different countries – India, Thailand, Greece, Austria and Italy – without having to fly out of Singapore.

The event promises to be an affair extraordinaire for culinary enthusiasts – vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. From Afternoon Tea to Dinner Menus, this event has been curated by 5 internationally recognized and respected chefs, who bring with them 5 unique culinary experiences inspired by their destinations.

The Epicurean Journeys Pop-up Dining Series event is presented by The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, and will take place from 30th May to 3rd June at the beautiful and iconic 1919 Waterboat House by Fullerton.

The Epicurean Journeys series has previously taken place around the world including New York, London, India and is now in Singapore for the 2nd year running. This year, the event kick-starts on 30th May with Prithvi Rasa: A Journey of 6 Tastes, an Indian Dinner by Chef Manjit Gill. This will be followed by an Italian Dinner on 1st June, Thai Dinner on 2nd June and Greek Dinner on 3rd June. Those with a sweet-tooth can enjoy the Austrian Afternoon Tea on 1st June and 3rd June.

The menu for each meal has been specially curated to showcase the destination’s most beloved flavours. Each menu contains a selection of exquisite dishes and each of the dinners presents a separate vegetarian menu which promises not to disappoint even the most hard core of vegetarians. continue reading
