- Vanilla Cake: Bake a vanilla sponge cake to enjoy after class or take it away and enjoy it later. Vegan Frosting will be available in the class for those who might want to dress it up. Recipe for the frosting will be provided.
- Vegan Tiramisu: We will use half of the vanilla sponge cake for making the tiramisu. You’ll also make Vegan Cream from scratch to replace Mascarpone.
- Salted Caramel Ice Cream (Chef Demo): Because of time restriction, we won’t be able to make the ice-cream individually but the Chef will do a complete demo with detailed instructions. Of course, all participants will get a scoop after class. Detailed Recipe will also be provided.

- Fresh ingredients & fully-equipped kitchen
- Hands-on cooking (in pairs), participants will cook 2 of the 3 dishes from scratch
