Of course, if you’re looking for more veggie choices, Jamie’s Italian is definitely a restaurant where you don’t regret being vegetarian, for the fare on offer for vegetarians is aplenty. One of our absolute favourites here is the Classic Super Food Salad – a mix of lentils, quinoa, black rice, fennel, parsley, mint and roasted beets; topped with char-grilled avocado, a dollop of cottage cheese, tender stem broccoli and a drizzle of harissa; and finished with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and Jamie’s seed mix. We also love the fiery Penne Arrabiata, the Pumpkin and Spinach Rotolo, Pimped Margherita, and the Crunchy Italian Nachos, all mouthfuls of flavours and textures.

For dessert, the Epic Chocolate Brownie is epic in its own right, while the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is a velvety mascarpone and lemon cheesecake, served on a digestive biscuit base topped with Italian meringue, lemon curd (made with free range egg yolks) and a drool-worthy blackcurrant compote.

The best part though, is the Kids’ menu. The new Jamie’s Italian Kids’ Menu has the Secret Seven Gnocchi and the all-time favourite Margherita Pizza as vegetarian offerings. Both are made with Jamie’s Seven-Veg Sauce that contains 7 hidden veggies, and are accompanied by a drink, and a shake-me salad. The goodie bag, with paper, crayons and games, keeps the kids occupied and the adults hands-off.
